1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FPL Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FPL Pulse is an AI-powered analytics and recommendation tool designed to help Fantasy Premier League managers make informed decisions. The Service provides:

  • Proprietary player metrics and analysis (VAPM, ICT Trend, Nailedness, Sustainable Form)
  • Optional strategy reports and other service emails
  • Fixture analysis with weighted difficulty ratings
  • One-off squad analysis purchased as an analysis credit

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

FPL Pulse is an independent fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any associated entities. All Premier League trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service

6. Paid Services, Subscriptions, and Credits

Some features are paid. The price and whether a purchase is recurring or one-off are shown before checkout. A third-party payment provider processes payments on our behalf; we do not receive or store your full card number.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the customer billing portal.
  • Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • A one-off analysis purchase creates one analysis credit, which can be used later.
  • If an analysis fails on our side, the credit is restored automatically where technically possible.
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes do not alter a completed purchase.

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchase within the first seven days, contact support@fplpulse.com. We will review refund requests in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, metrics, analysis methods, and content created by FPL Pulse (including but not limited to VAPM, ICT Trend analysis, Nailedness scores, Sustainable Form calculations, weighted FDR, and team momentum indicators) are our intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary methods without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Recommendations will result in Fantasy Premier League success
  • Data will always be accurate or up-to-date
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Fantasy football involves inherent unpredictability. Our analysis and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPL PULSE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
